Consultations

You are invited to provide your expertise and opinion on the competence and performance of a specific certification body during their annual surveillance assessment. ASI publishes a list of upcoming assessments for your review and engagement.

Enquiries and Complaints

If you have a question or concern regarding a specific certification body or certificate, please contact ASI using the contact form.

All complaints are registered. The responsible ASI Accreditation Program Manager will address the problem together with the respective certification body and follow up during the annual assessment process. If the problem has not been resolved, it will be registered as a nonconformity. Continuing nonconformities can lead to a certification body’s suspension. In severe and urgent cases, based on risk evaluations,  short-notice assessments or compliance audits can be arranged.
