ASI is temporarily offering reduced accreditation fees for all Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) wishing to apply for GSTC accreditation.

For all applications for GSTC accreditation submitted before 01 July 2017, the ASI application fee will be waived and the ASI Accreditation Committee fees will be halved (from 3000 to 1500 €). The ASI daily rate will be reduced to 650 € until accreditation is achieved (terms and conditions apply as specified in the ASI fee schedule).

For more information, you can view a webinar recently held with CABs registered with GSTC. In this webinar ASI presents our work and the proposed temporarily reduced fees. Please find more information about ASI accreditation, including application process, documents and fees, here.

The Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) operates two sets of Criteria: Destination Criteria and Industry Criteria (for Hotels and Tour Operators). These are the guiding principles and minimum requirements that any tourism business or destination should aspire to reach to protect and sustain the world’s natural and cultural resources, while ensuring tourism meets its potential as a tool for conservation and poverty alleviation. For more information please visit the GSTC Website.
