Edith Lam, Lead Assessor Traceability
Edith Lam serves as Asia Pacific consultant for ASI’s MSC and FSC accreditation programs. Previously, she worked as Technical Manager for manufacturers and suppliers of fresh and frozen foods for European and Asian markets. She has nearly two decades of experience in quality management and auditing.
Ms Lam holds an MSc in Applied Science and a Diploma in Food Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
